Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most items. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

How to Return

  1. Email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We'll send you return instructions and a return address within 1–2 business days.
  3. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method.
  4. Refund is issued within 5 business days of receiving the return.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Electrical components (controllers, batteries, motors) — if installed or powered on
  • Items damaged due to incorrect installation
  • Special-order or custom parts
  • Items returned after 30 days

Wrong or Defective Items

If you received the wrong item or a defective product, we'll cover return shipping and send a replacement at no additional cost. Email us within 7 days of delivery.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Credit card refunds typically appear within 3–5 business days depending on your bank.
