DID 428 NZ Chain — Non-Ring Standard (Gold or Natural)

428 pitch non-sealed chain. OEM specification chain for Electric Motion Epure Race/Sport (DID 428 NZ Gold, 128 links, 11T front / 57T rear OEM). Talaria MX5 Pro uses 428 pitch — different from MX3/MX4 which use 420. Talaria Dragon and Komodo compatibility with 428 is probable (same platform tier as MX5 Pro) but requires VERIFY_FITMENT. Rawrr Mantis confirmed 428 pitch. Replace chain and sprockets as a matched set.

DID 428 VX X-Ring Chain — Sealed Premium (Gold or Natural)

Premium upgrade over the 428 NZ. X-ring seals reduce friction and extend chain life compared to non-sealed. DID describes this as their most popular on- and off-road chain. Chain Life Index 2,700 (vs. non-ring chains around 400–600). Compatible with the same 428-pitch models as the 428 NZ — select this for riders who want longer service intervals. Talaria Dragon and Komodo require VERIFY_FITMENT.

DID 428 NZ Clip Connecting Link — Non-Ring Type

For DID 428 NZ non-ring chain used on Sur-Ron Ultra Bee, Talaria MX5 Pro (note: MX5 Pro OEM specifies 418 pitch — verify before using 428 link), Rawrr Mantis, and Electric Motion Epure. Replace connecting link every chain swap — never reuse. Electric Motion Epure OEM chain is 428 x 128L.
